Went to attend one of my cousin's ROM ceremony at a hotel in the town area. Food was quite nice. Wish her happiness. :)

Cousin ordered buffet to celebrate her ROM (or sort of a family gathering?) for dinner. Played with my niece for dont know how long until we were tired. She was not even tired at all because she acted as the 'teacher' and we as the 'students'. Then she was giving instructions to us on what to do and we keep making fun of her by acting stupid. Hahahaha~ Wanted to watch Saw V but ended up didnt watch because it was near to midnight and cousin E was scared...... LOL. Anyway, I didnt watch it too. =Þ
"Offenders caught lighting up in smoke-free zones down by 70%"
SINGAPORE: The number of smokers caught lighting up illegally has fallen by about 70 per cent, says the National Environment Agency (NEA).
And there is good news for nightspot owners as well since smoking was banned at such establishments in July 2007 -- cleaning carpets at nightspots has become easier.
"There are still a handful of smokers who need to exercise consideration at smoke-free zones, so as to protect the health of those non-smokers around them,” said NEA’s head of operations, Environmental Health Department, Tai Ji Choong.
From next year, the smoking ban will be extended to children's playgrounds, markets, covered carparks and non-air conditioned areas in workplaces and malls. - Channel News Asia, 11 Dec 2008
Good news to me, bad news to smokers. Haha! One thing which I dont understand is, why teens smoke? I know, PEER PRESSURE huh. It seems 'cool' to smoke. But from my point of view, it is not 'cool' at all. For example, one day I was walking around Orchard and I saw a good-looking guy or girl. Suddenly, He/She lit a cigarette and smoke. Totally turn-off. Bad breath, stained fingernails/teeth.. Eeeewwww~ :/
